3 April
Launch night
At Central hub at the Weighbridge
Evening event to launch Zest Festival to partners, sponsors, hosts.
4 April
Drinks day
Drink Masterclasses for industry throughout the day, all will be open to public
Cocktail competition in the evening between local bartenders.
Myles Cunliffe guest mixologist/bar guru.
5 April
Food day
Masterclass workshops including butchery, fishmongery, pastry and others for industry. All will be open to the public
In the evening; Ready, steady cook style competition on stage. Two chefs TBC. To take part there will be a raffle for people to compete to be part of the event.
6 April
General Public focussed day
Bread making display/demo
Pasta making display/demo
Healthy options display/demo
Foraged cooking display/demo – Wild Jersey
Education hub
Largely based at Highlands Campus with outreach events. Focused at all ages of young people to introduce them to the breadth off hospitality in Jersey and the skills involved. Details to follow.
Island wide hubs
Partnered venues will host bespoke hospitality events to showcase to the island their perception of exceptional hospitality, i.e. specialist dinners, tours or masterclasses within their venue, production of specialised produce.
