Meetings

We will plan and provide a superb experience for you and your guests. As well as experienced and professional staff in The Merton Hotel, we also have dedicated Corporate Executives who can help with arrangements for guests both from Jersey and further afield.

The Star Room is our most flexible room, suitable for meetings, dinners and receptions for up to 200 guests. There is a built in stage, integrated sound system and all the other facilities required to deliver a professional event. There are also other smaller rooms and breakout areas.

Private Dining

Dinners, lunches and receptions can be held on Bonetti’s Restaurant terrace, in our lovely garden area or on the poolside at the Aquadome.

Bonetti’s Restaurant is available as a private venue, with several different dining options. Talk to us and we can plan special menus to suit your numbers and budget.

The main Belvedere Restaurant can host both sit down dinners, or one of our hugely popular decorated buffets for up to 350 people.

The Aquadome

This is a venue that will deliver a unique and memorable occasion. Whether you are entertaining clients, holding a team-building event for your staff or holding a charity event, the Aquadome is sure to delight. All pool facilities, including the Flowrider, can be tailored to your needs.

Choose from a range of menus, including a fantastic barbeque during the summer months. The Aquadome is fully licensed and a bar service can be provided.

Dante’s Nightclub

Dante’s is perfect for an evening party for up to 80 guests. It is purpose built to be the best disco in town, with full lighting, dance floor, bar and sound system. Buffets can also be served to order.
