Les Landes Racecourse
Frequently described as one of the most picturesque courses in Britain, a visit to Les Landes racecourse is not to be missed.
With nine race meetings a year, from Easter to August Bank Holiday, we offer great sporting entertainment, stunning coastal views and catering to suit all tastes.
We have over 40 racehorses in training on the Island, with UK trainers frequently sending horses over, all vying to win one of our many coveted trophies. With five races per meeting, one jumps race and four flat races, there is ample opportunity to try and ‘beat the bookies’, with on-course facilities including the Tote and traditional bookmakers. Try your hand at ‘Crown and Anchor’ a true Jersey tradition, a game of risk and luck.
Why not make a day of it, and bring your own picnic, sample some local produce from one of the catering outlets or join us for a luxury fine-dining experience in the Members marquee, provided by Niche Events.
Entry packages start at as little as £15 per person, including parking and a racecard, which gives all the runners, riders, and information you need to have a great day out. Children under 16 get in free of charge, and we provide a variety of child friendly activities to keep them entertained whilst you relax and enjoy your day.
The unique location means that our two Friday evening meetings in June & July are set against the stunning backdrop of a Jersey sunset, quite possibly the best way to unwind after a busy week at work, enjoying the finest horses, great food, relaxed atmosphere, live music and truly fabulous views across the Channel.
We are more than happy to host your corporate event within the marquee, so why not entertain your clients in style with us on race day.
Our site and facilities are also available to hire outside of race meeting weekends, so if you are looking to host a party, to celebrate a success or hold an event such as a staff team building day, we can create a package to cater to your needs.
